Regulations at Our Properties
| 1. Check in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00 noon. Â Â Late check out fee between 12:00-18:00 is 50% of the room rate and after 18:00 we will charge 100% of the room rate. |
| 2. Please show valid photo identification at the Front Desk upon check-in. |
| 3. Visitors to guest rooms must leave their valid IDs at reception and are not allowed to be in the room after 22:00. |
| 4. Weapons, toxic materials, explosives or inflammable items are not permitted within our properties |
| 5. Each room is fitted with a personal safety box for your convenience but for extra security, you may wish to deposit valuable items at reception. |
| 6. Equipment and supplies are to be used at Ayatana only. Lost or broken items can be chargeable. |
| 7. Gambling, prostitution, child maltreatment and drug use within the villa is strictly prohibited. |
| 8. The hotel staff has the right to refuse a guest who is under the influence of alcohol. In this case, payment pre-booked and prepaid services is not returned. |
| 9. We count on you to keep Ayatana an enjoyable environment for us all: keep the noise down, only smoke at designated areas and conserve energy and water. |
